To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人家一心諗住收工去操拳,係毫無預備下返返下工話收工全部同事要出席春茗,被突擊無得逃走!因禍得福美酒佳餚多不勝數,好惹味啊!花膠雞湯翅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️入席後發現多個火爐在場,視覺震撼,今晚打邊爐嗎?原來係堂煮雞湯翅。足料滋味,濃郁膠黏鮮甜,想搶多湯碗飲,但供應有限呢!稻香燒鵝皇⭐️⭐️⭐️個個都客客氣氣,客氣生疏食少好多!身為後輩的我當然最尾先夾,居然走一圈都仲有鵝髀食,食神照住!皮脆肉嫩,肉質緊緻,香料入味。西芹炒鮮魷⭐️⭐️⭐️住家小菜,爽甜無渣西芹搭咸鮮彈牙鮮魷,仲有甜椒點綴,醒神開胃。上湯焗西澳龍蝦伊麵⭐️⭐️⭐️先來品嗩爽脆有嚼勁新鮮龍蝦肉,再來索盡精華龍蝦汁伊麵,雖然略腍但味道不錯,加埋辣椒油更惹味!豆腐靈芝菇蜜糖豆炆花膠⭐️⭐️⭐️聽到個名感覺有益補身,爽甜蜜糖豆,鮮甜靈芝菇、索汁嚥韌炸豆腐,食完精神爽利。果皮蒸翡翠鮑⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️新鮮度不容置疑,彷似依然在您眼前舞動!整隻鮑肉連芳香豉油入口,那種獨特的清新鮮味不是食開九孔鮑魚的味道。我最鍾意的鮑魚內臟呢?我由細到大全家都爭住食,肥美甘甜爆汁的啊!白切咸雞⭐️⭐️⭐️皮滑肉嫩,肥美雞甜帶咸香,高質燒味想跟碗白飯。清蒸游水海斑⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️何解侍應掉低就離開?仿家不用拆魚的嗎?既然酒樓不包此服務,這責任又落到我依個後輩身上。魚皮膠黏、魚肉細實帶鮮帶滑,滾滿香甜豉油大大舊入口十分滿意。菠蘿咕嚕肉⭐️⭐️⭐️彩椒爽甜,咕嚕肉外脆內彈,酸甜開胃。蒜子上湯浸菜芯⭐️⭐️住家菜但菜芯不夠爽嫩,甜味不足略厭老了一點。臘味糯米飯⭐️⭐️我只喜歡工夫生炒糯米飯,蒸蒸撈豉油濕濕淋淋不香口不喜歡,味道還可以。蓮蓉壽桃包⭐️⭐️⭐️開心既時間過得特別快,甜品蓮蓉包清甜熱辣辣鬆軟食得過。已盡全力都未能食到最後一道菜,真的十分飽十分滿足,飲飽食醉要落街搶的士回家去啊!

紅磡稻香雖然環境比較舊,但食物質素相比其他分店唔差,平時同老人家都會嚟食飯!今次做緊$99龍蝦伊麵就帶老人家去試吓~每份龍蝦伊麵,上面都有一隻龍蝦開邊,我哋見有其他小菜做減價,所以都叫咗燒腩仔伴墨魚餅,蠔皇鮑魚炆雞煲,蒸海花斑,咕嚕肉同燉湯!燒腩仔同墨魚餅都好脆,幾好食!鮑魚雞煲入邊有啲小鮑魚都有成六七隻!咕嚕肉都係好新鮮炸出嚟~唔知點解當日去堂食冇咩人平時都幾滿!如果遲啲做返一蚊隻雞就好啦!老人家好鍾意食~

稻香又搞一蚊雞優惠,見自己上次食已經係幾年前嘅事,朋友就幾乎次次做promo都嚟食嘅,佢話今年隻雞細隻咗,不過細隻咗都係一蚊啫,試下無妨呀。⭐一蚊雞基本上全場都係叫一蚊雞,兩位可以叫一隻,四位就叫兩隻,如此類推,我見有枱六個人真係叫咗三隻雞,哈哈,成枱都係雞。我自己又唔覺得隻雞好細隻喎,上枱嗰陣時仲非常熱,啱啱燒起,剪開隻雞果陣仲漏曬油,真係幾吸引😋皮香肉嫩,呢個價錢抵到爆啦😆⭐黑蒜鮑魚雞氣鍋湯 & 無花果貢梨鮑魚雞氣鍋湯食完隻雞都飽咗九成,朋友話使唔使加餸食下飯,但係真係好飽食唔落,最後叫咗一人一個氣鍋湯。黑蒜味濃,有啲飲中藥嘅感覺,意外地原來黑蒜煲湯都幾好飲㗎喎。無花果貢梨就同一般中湯嘅味道分別不大,甜甜地清清地咁囉,入面有一隻鮑魚仔,數件雞件、瘦肉、梨片同半粒無花果,我覺得湯料仲多個湯,我寧願飲多啲湯㗎。埋單呢個價,稻香會唔會蝕㗎?

和媽媽在稻香酒樓晚飯,全因媽媽今天早上飲早茶的時候,職員向她介紹有$1一隻雞優惠,媽媽不想煮飯,提議今晚到這裏晚飯。除了使用這個優惠外,我們還叫了一個清蒸斑頭腩。非常新鮮,肉質嫰滑,而$1燒雞也不錯,不會將貨就價,看見每一台也一定叫這隻一蚊雞,非常受歡迎,希望這個優惠不會太快完結。

最近發現稻香有得食片皮鴨,唔使$200就可以食到片皮鴨兩食套餐 另外都順便試埋其他餸好好食片皮鴨仲要包埋多種配菜同醬汁,熱辣辣好好食另外加少少錢可以用涼瓜炒埋隻鴨啲肉,好好味啖啖肉,食到好飽好飽其他餸菜都非常唔錯,特別係個炸蠔外脆內嫩,唔會太油膩,一人一隻真係唔夠🫠好想食多幾隻加上粉絲扇貝亦都好值得試,大大隻 食過返尋味下次要試埋個打邊爐,個部長不停介紹叫我哋下次一定要試吓嚟到一定要試吓,總有一間稻香喺附近
