To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知道是不是真的接受到港人外流的衝擊,今晚的稻香竟然出人意表地好,是少了人光顧令服務變好,還是真的洗心革面?真的不知道,只是希望這個勢頭會越變越好!眾所週知,4月是傳統茶樓市場的其中一個淡季,稻香在這個階段紛紛推出一些特色菜單來應節,從以前的一蚊鮮雞,到今天的9.9打卡燒雞,從來都是一個推高市道的招式!由於屋企人有坐輪椅,經理安排了特別茶位,並主動搬走原定的座位,這好像在以往未曾見過!由以往的手機點餐,到現在更方便老人家使用的紙本下單,不知是「倒退了」,還是更人性化?這不得而知了,唯獨是我知道「9.9一隻雞」就是今天的亮點!果木酵香燒雞 $9.9欖豉蒸海花斑 $108晚茶 $28總數:$160.5(連加一)9.9雞,整體感覺可以啦,打卡able,皮是脆但肉就談不了嫩口,勝在性價比高,加上有些脆口的蝦片,我會覺得很好!另外也點了欖豉蒸海花斑,這個海花斑幾經辛苦才有了(從無到有,從電子點單壞掉到系統恢復),整體感覺很好,蒸得剛剛好,配合欖菜和豆豉,好味,$108這個價錢在酒樓能夠吃到,絕對是超值實惠!這餐是為慶祝爸爸出院的一餐飯,這是值得肯定的大滿足,希望大家都身體健康! continue reading

見到點心紙寫「傳統錦鹵雲吞」,心想一塊塊脆卜卜的雲吞皮,酸酸甜甜的汁,汁醬裏有魷魚、肉片、豬肝等餡料。怎知道完全失望------汁醬裏只有幾段日式蟹柳和一少片蕃茄,硬綁綁的雲吞內包裹著肉饀。令我們極度失望。中伏的感覺。整體點心比之前退步,有待改進,否則即是趕客。 continue reading

紅燒乳鴿這次算是水準之上,皮脆肉嫩。糯米卷也是水準,不景味道無走樣。至於兩味新年點心,鮑魚燒賣和發財就手,前者可以接受,只是無特別鮮味,而後者係最難理解的,因為是炆豬手,豬手好腍,但是一點味道也沒有,連花菇也一樣,以為有咁多醬汁,應該有啲味道,但係一點味道也沒有,這樣真的能夠留住客人嗎?我相信集團真的要諗諗佢哋想怎樣走下去⋯⋯ continue reading

紅磡稻香雖然環境比較舊,但食物質素相比其他分店唔差,平時同老人家都會嚟食飯!今次做緊$99龍蝦伊麵就帶老人家去試吓~每份龍蝦伊麵,上面都有一隻龍蝦開邊,我哋見有其他小菜做減價,所以都叫咗燒腩仔伴墨魚餅,蠔皇鮑魚炆雞煲,蒸海花斑,咕嚕肉同燉湯!燒腩仔同墨魚餅都好脆,幾好食!鮑魚雞煲入邊有啲小鮑魚都有成六七隻!咕嚕肉都係好新鮮炸出嚟~唔知點解當日去堂食冇咩人平時都幾滿!如果遲啲做返一蚊隻雞就好啦!老人家好鍾意食~ continue reading
