好不容易才約到呢班朋友一齊食晏,朋友主場,當然由朋友發板,不過可惜見唔到前亞姐張家瑩,幾款前菜幾好食,不過不多提了,直接入正題了。先來了點冷盤,是一個刺身拼盤,有金目鯛、深海池魚、帆立貝、粒貝;金目鯛本身已經好鮮味,顏色鮮豔,又有咬口、但被開始當造的厚切、新鮮肥美的深海池魚比下去,帆立貝溶雪做得不錯,入口軟腍,粒貝爽口彈牙。再來一客創作壽司,好似有吞拿魚蓉海膽、金目鯛、海膽帶子、牡丹蝦、油甘魚、吞拿魚、池魚、三文魚;我只吃了池魚、吞拿魚及三文魚,三款都算肥美,師傅手握壽司做得不錯。接著來熱食了,首先是和牛壽司,和牛輕炙過,油脂滲出,入口即溶。主角出場了,有近江肉眼、近江牛肩、近江小排、近江牛頸脊、白鰻、龍蝦尾;基本上可見四款近江和牛油脂分佈和味道都各有不同,首先食近江牛肩,油脂比較多同肉味比較濃,再食近江小排,肉質比牛肩嫩,油脂也相對地少,接著食近江牛頸脊,也是我喜歡打邊爐的部位,燒完後更覺細嫩,油脂非常均勻,而且價錢也較便宜,和牛類最後食近江肉眼,也是最貴的,每100g要$560,是肉味最濃的,肉質也是最滑嫩,入口接近即溶,可否叫多一碟?厚切的白鰻,跟平時燒嘢食燒鱔一樣都一定要厚切,
