To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說工作關係又出到嚟旺角,彌敦道行過附近得一間茶餐廳,望吓餐牌又唔貴嘅,入來坐低,不過旺區都冇位要搭枱,跟住叫咗個什扒意粉午餐,有沙律半碟有啲誠意,豬扒有啲柴,相對嚟講少啲梳打粉都好,雞扒就係正常,味道叫做正常可以,我飲凍咖啡一定要走甜少奶,依度達到我要求,送個中湯我覺得幾好飲,仲有紅白湯選擇,唔錯嘅,唯獨是係啲座位比較迫,坐得唔舒服,可能茶餐廳一般伎倆唔想客人錯咁耐,正常既,同埋見到對面小姐飲杯一杯熱奶茶要$23,其實真係有啲貴,不過都係嗰句,唔想妳就咁買杯嘢飲,明白租金人工全部都要成本
