To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木要等我聽聞過好耐, 所以次次都係行過就算~今之佢地再開分店係紅磡, 終於比我試到今次去食sunday lunch , 紅磡分店都要等, 太概等左20-30分鐘就有位坐低~原先因為得兩個人, 無諗住食佢個三層吐司, 但見到枱枱都食, 個樣實在太吸引朋友同我都好想知究竟呢幾塊多士有咩吸引力, 所以改變計劃, 兩個人只係叫左一碗面,一杯飲品,一碟小食同 一個"三層吐司"餐廳人多, 都幫我們落單的小姐都仍然非常有禮貌, 仲教我地食到一半才點吐司就差不多喇~吐司比預期中等得還要耐... 不過個吐司一黎到就開心返晒喇~~~三塊吐司非常香脆,但一點都不油膩. 細心將頭兩層吐司的中間部分切點, 可以一粒粒點住雪糕食,非常方便.又冷又熱又脆又軟的口感....強烈對比,一次過多感受晒, 非常有驚喜~

 三塊吐司非常香脆,但一點都不油膩. 細心將頭兩層吐司的中間部分切點, 可以一粒粒點住雪糕食,非常方便.又冷又熱又脆又軟的口感....強烈對比,一次過多感受晒, 非常有驚喜~
