有一種「腩」非但唔討厭甚至仲幾徥人鐘意佢姓牛叫腩崩沙腩爽腩坑腩挽手腩牛沙瓜容易聽到人有選擇困難再加埋兩款更稀有嘅部位 #牛脆⻣ 同 #沙參腩相信更加唔知點揀好其實鍾意牛味濃得嚟口感又鬆軟識嗌一定係嗌崩沙腩一層橫膈膜左右逢緣兩齷各連著厚厚嘅腩肉入口軟腍,牛香味亦係最突出如果係食肉獸絕對建議大家嗌淨食極厚嘅生菜底吸收濃濃腩汁香再舖上崩沙腩份量十足!講陳儀興大家都識佢嘅打冷小菜但原來牛腩牛什先係「老本行」所以喺呢度都可以揾到比較特別嘅沙參腩至於牛脆⻣其實係指牛嘅氣管位真心稀有,至少我係第一次見到有餐廳賣呢個部位口感爽脆,有啲似食緊軟骨至於個河粉底河粉口感唔錯滑身唔會好粉感入口條條軟滑分明太耐冇食牛腩粉係久違了嘅味道

其實鍾意牛味濃得嚟口感又鬆軟
識嗌一定係嗌崩沙腩
一層橫膈膜左右逢緣
兩齷各連著厚厚嘅腩肉
入口軟腍,牛香味亦係最突出
如果係食肉獸
絕對建議大家嗌淨食
極厚嘅生菜底吸收濃濃腩汁香
再舖上崩沙腩
份量十足!
