To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到數碼港食晚餐，呢到一間喺Meridan酒店入面嘅南坊中餐廳。裝修都可以，有品味。但係食物就持續一般。除咗我上次講過飲水當茶位計最低消費20元外，呢度啲鮮榨果汁真係好有酒店價格，每杯60。上次畀咗劣評，點解我仲返嚟？因為畀佢多一個機會。今晚食物之中茉莉花安格斯牛柳條，其實都可以選做好食。我指嘅係肉質真係好味，但係佢下面有好多唔同類型嘅蘑菇味道有點怪，加上完全冇茉莉花的花香味都唔知點解要放入去。豉油皇煎班球，點菜嗰陣時已經問過係咪有骨，侍應話冇骨，但係基於結果認證係有骨嘅! 比較上好食嘅係有蟹肉扒豆苗，但係蟹肉裏面有殼。一不小心就直落喉嚨。。。我哋都叫咗一點紅燒豆腐，正正常常冇乜特別。但都算中上。至於嗰個粟茸焗西米布甸，我只可以講一句我唔會再食。布甸冇味，粟茸不香。坦白講畀咗兩次機會，食品品質都係中下，我真係唔提意大家過嚟食。難怪呢度有好多張枱都係冇人坐。
