To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凍冰冰的腿蛋治

因為趕時間,快快趣趣係CANTEEN買左份腿蛋三文治,要成十幾蚊,又凍冰冰,好似都幾貴…以為係切皮白方包,拆開左先知係連皮,未拆時真係睇唔出,塊包乾乾咁,真係好麻麻地;火腿有一片,但係質素低,好多白色部分,無火腿香;件蛋係煎蛋餅果款,唔係烚蛋果種,薄薄一片,只係有少少蛋味,又乾又薄又味淡。整體上,食得你飽既,但係唔好有好大期望,茶餐廳一定比佢好食!同埋,如果呢度可以有麥包做既三文治就最好啦!我喜歡麥包多一點,希望CANTEEN可以俾顧客多一點選擇啦!
