To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間在美孚開業多年的茶餐廳至今仍未有改善,我一向很少幫襯這餐廳,因為吃過幾次都沒有驚喜,只是很普通的茶餐廳,食物質素也只是合格而已.由於很久沒有去過,見到今日午餐有沙丹豬扒飯,便入內一試看看有沒有進步,一般來說沙丹豬扒應有波蘿和蛋的,但它只有豬扒和茄汁加少許火腿碎,已經和傳統沙丹有落差,最差是飯和豬扒都是微暖,差一點就是凍的,本以為等了10多分鐘才上菜應該是新鮮熱辣,估不到是这樣,令我對此間餐廳徹底失望,以後再不會幫襯了.
