To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚真系好凍,係太子上完堂已經八點半,真係有d飢寒交迫既感覺。同學仔即刻話不如去打邊爐咯,梗係好啦。行左兩間都有人排隊,望到隔離既亞南雞煲唔使排隊,就喇喇聲行入去。一坐低即刻點做個花膠鮮雞煲, 好快就上左菜, 但要再煮一陣加熱, 搞一搞先食得, 過左5分鐘全部加人曬,就聞到微微的辣味,香噴噴, 急不及待開食, 咁凍既天氣食熱辣辣既雞煲,一個字--正, 肉質唔鞋, 辣味好出, 而花膠一d都不欺場,好大塊, 膠質都幾足, 好chi牙。食完個雞煲已經半飽, 之後加湯開始打邊爐,所以只叫左一份手切肥牛,凍豆腐,烏冬,同埋送左一份皇帝菜(唔記得影像)。手切肥牛肉質唔韌,好香牛味, 凍豆腐要煮耐d, 吸曬d湯底,好好味。仲有皇帝菜都好新鮮,打邊爐必叫。而烏冬麵質就普通。 凍冰冰既夜晚打住邊爐傾計,好開心。
