To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人生要數一種令人感到極後悔的事，莫過於點了一杯不好飲的珍奶，好想馬上把它倒掉，但卻又因為不想浪費而會把整杯喝掉，脂肪長了卻沒換來快樂，問自己為何當初不乾脆買一瓶蒸餾水。珍珠不夠淋，口感已經很差，而且熱飲內的珍珠是凍的😔有名的珍奶店都不會這樣做！回去問店員是不是攪錯了，她說珍珠只有冷的叫我攪一下，點攪珍珠都不可能變熱，凍珍珠仲會令原本熱飲變得不暖不熨，非常傷心😭唯一安慰的是Pizza Express門口有個小位置，可以坐下來把那難喝的珍奶喝完。
