今晚婆婆壽宴,我們一家人開咗兩圍枱。先來凍蟹夠大隻,之後白灼蝦,兩款海鮮都鮮甜。梗係唔少得鹵水鵝肶肉切片。仲有煙倉魚。中埸來個魚蛋粉 ... 我地總共叫咗16碗。食潮州菜當然不可少得川椒雞。 肉質嫩滑仲要比百樂好食。因為百樂的太乾無汁。食完海鮮同肉一定要補青(菜芯)。D菜都幾爽口,上面有方魚片,清簡得來又不單調。至於甜品一定要讚下個師父,水晶包D皮夠薄及通透而D涵又唔太甜。最個壽包,真係好味好軟熟又有白蓮蓉及蛋黃,唔太甜個個都啱食。老板娘又好禮貌。個經理好招呼,其他員工又友善。非常滿意。再提一提,午市有點心都好食。可以推薦這間小小酒家。
