To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係基隆街都有好多食店,今晚經過依間泰菜好似望落唔錯,一於試下!首先要讚下貌似老闆的人好好態度,我地由係門口等位、到落單、上菜,一直都好有禮貌同好有耐性,係今時今日已經好難得啦有時候有啲餐廳係值得等位的,唔好為左慳個十幾廿分鐘而去左唔岩食既地方講返野食,生蝦($88)爽脆,食泰式生蝦除左蝦要新鮮,點蝦既汁都同樣重要,依間舖個汁調得好,辣度適中。叫左個細既冬蔭公湯,應該都分到三至四碗,入面有兩隻蝦同埋好多菇,辣度同酸度配合得岩岩好 ,好味!馬拉盞炒通菜正常發揮,有鑊氣。仲有叫左香葉炒豬肉,豬肉有點林,豆角有少少青味,未算好好食。串燒叫左串雞腎,都有好多粒,有炭火味。總的來說,價錢合理,份量足夠,冬蔭公湯同生蝦係要encore!!
