今日黎到依到,見城,係依個午市時間黎,好彩都有位,一開始先上既係依個茶碗蒸,咁佢就有D雞肉,銀杏同埋冬菇,依個我都幾鍾意,因為佢個蛋夠哂滑同嫩,而鹹味都做得岩岩好,好怕食銀杏會苦,不過依到就無,唔錯,加埋少少雞肉,唔同口感幾正。卷物就要依個鐵火卷,佢依到既鮪魚味道非常之咁香甜,外面既紫菜竟然唔係無味個種,仲食到少少鮮味,係我意料之外既,係唔錯既,之後就係依個生花膠魚,其實我聽都未聽過叫生花膠魚,以為佢係依個類似花膠咁既野,原來唔係,食落佢質地又爽口,味道就淡淡地的,都唔錯嫁,夠哂爽口,幾好,之後係海鰻,係一個熱上既壽司,佢醬汁份量控制得岩岩好,唔會太多,鰻魚肉質就比較鬆軟,食落幾有油香,唔洗點醬油同芥末就已經很好夠味
