To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說有日星期日放假,與家人三人行一起到附近餐廳搵早餐食,平時都係去開飲茶或一些大路既快餐店,所以今次搵一啲另類少少。然後發現有間新開既星馬泰風味既餐廳,早餐款色雖然離唔開炒蛋、包同豬牛雞,但當中既煮法就加入左星馬泰風味。炸魚柳早餐 - 塊魚柳雖然唔厚身,但夠大塊,所以食落去會比較著重於脆口,另外本身塊魚柳有加左啲香草,味道會更多層次。腸仔就係普通既白色豬肉腸。而炒蛋做得好出色,因為炒得好嫩滑,完全冇過熟既跡象,而且加左檸檬葉同少少疑似魚露落去,正餐包就係丹麥提子包,普普通通,唔夠脆同埋一啲加左酸酸地既汁既西生菜沙律。煎雞扒早餐 - 聽家人話食落好似加左少少香矛落去豬頸肉早餐

炸魚柳早餐 - 塊魚柳雖然唔厚身,但夠大塊,所以食落去會比較著重於脆口,另外本身塊魚柳有加左啲香草,味道會更多層次。
