To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日日經過呢間野都冇排隊試,因為每日任何時候都排到街尾再轉彎。呢日個frd話想試,咁啱落左陣雨,少左人排隊。結果好好彩,只係排左15分鐘! 見d員工做野幾快手,同客人講解點shake d野飲都幾細心,first impression very good! 我同frd叫左本店最出名嘅黑糖鹿丸鮮奶同小鹿出抹。個鮮奶不負眾望,攞上手已經覺得黑糖同奶嘅漸變色好ig able,飲落好重奶味,幾飽肚,d 黑糖珍珠夠煙韌。小鹿出抹相對差少少,d抹茶粉太多/可能未搞混,飲落有d沙沙地嘅粉,但味道唔錯。下次再試其他野飲 ^ ^
