To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十二月三十日 (星期一)凱悅軒曾是身邊不少朋友的心水,年前結業,無不令人惋惜酒店重開,這中菜廳捲土重來,實在令人期待英文名The Chinese Restaurant,更是簡單直接是晚Suyi有幸得到食友及酒店公關邀請,來此品嚐一頓晚宴適逢凱悅酒店旗下的中菜廳剛推出"悅享家"餐牌,由大廚精心選出餐廳最出色的菜式即便說,大家所吃到的,就是餐廳內的精選先來的盧師傅精選頭盤,是由大廚選出的四款前菜作為頭盤這裡的义燒向來有名,表面色澤平均,蜜汁滿溢义燒脂肪與肉比例恰到好處,分佈平均肉香蜜甜,充滿油脂甘香,也帶一點焦香,完滿!的式的豆腐粒,甫送上已聞到陣陣誘人香氣即點即炸的,熱烘烘,吃時也要小心燙口小口的炸豆腐,外層非常脆口,炸得乾身不油膩咬開表面,內裡嫰滑非常冰鎮滷水九孔鮑是用上滷水來炮製的新鮮鮑魚鮑身鮮味彈牙,滷水浸得入味,散發出陣陣清幽的滷水香再用爽口的海哲來襯托,匹配得很看賣相還以為是麻辣茄子,原來面層香濃的醬料是金蒜醬油醬油濃郁惹味,蒜味突出,帶起了茄子的味道這星期天氣來得又冷又乾燥,喝一盅燉湯實在是最適合不過四寶燉萬壽果用的是夏威夷木瓜,配料有咸火腿,雞肉,蟹肉及竹笙等等,用料十足湯

面層是菠蘿包的酥皮,中間則是流沙奶皇湯圓,再用蛋撻皮作底
大家或許會覺得整個mix and match很奇怪,但這經過大廚多次試驗改良的甜點,效果十分理想
三種食材放在一起,無論味道和質感,層次感也相當突出

有了這"悅享家"餐牌,大家點菜時再不用傷腦筋
團年開年飯局將至,看來大家有多一個選擇喇~
