食廚師發板👨🏻‍🍳一向都係一種享受,最鍾意就係同師傅互動,然後師傅會根據你嘅口味,佢調配一啲你鍾意嘅食物🍣,對於我來講食物嘅質素係在於口感同埋味道嘅層次咁,今次食既廚師發板,又可以刺激到我嘅味蕾👄,超滿足。一開始師傅👨🏻‍🍳就先上中拖羅同埋大拖羅,大拖羅嘅顏色比中拖羅白,脂肪嘅分布就好似雪花❄️咁。鰤魚🐟肉質非常甜,而且佢嘅脂肪比較多,有肉泡即溶🤤嘅感覺。煎帶子淋上薄荷汁🍃,薄荷汁成日俾人感覺上係清涼❄️既味道,加埋香口嘅帶子,感覺更上一層樓。而水果方面就係黎自日本既靜岡蜜瓜🍈,果肉係青色,亮麗通透嘅色澤,清甜可口。
