To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從武肺疫情第三波後, 好少出去外面食野. 今日咁啱要去上環做啲野, 就順便喺度食個早餐先. 我揀咗B餐, 鮮忌廉豬骨湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉配4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋 + 多士走油 ($38)鮮忌廉豬骨湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉 😋湯底幾濃, 有忌廉湯味. 通粉係有坑紋果隻, 煮得啱啱好 👍🏻 (我好怕食到啲煮到淋晒, 冇晒質感嘅通粉)4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋 + 多士走油 😋炒蛋夠滑👍🏻, 多士烘得夠脆早餐份量足, 食到好飽. 食到最後先見到menu寫住可以+$3走包轉柚子醋沙律, 太遲發現㖭 🙈服務態度唔錯, 加上食物質素高, 價錢合理, 絕對會再幫襯 🤤

湯底幾濃, 有忌廉湯味. 通粉係有坑紋果隻, 煮得啱啱好 👍🏻 (我好怕食到啲煮到淋晒, 冇晒質感嘅通粉)

炒蛋夠滑👍🏻, 多士烘得夠脆
