To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出名好食嘅海南雞，值得一試中午嚟呢度食就預咗要排隊，今日十二點半到咗就已經排到轉角位，大概排咗15至20分鐘先可以入到去。由於店舖地方有限，比較狹窄坐得唔太舒服。一坐低就叫咗個海南雞飯，記得要點椰子雞湯，個湯好清甜同有一點椰香既味道，至於個海南雞，雞皮爽脆沒有過多肥膏，雞肉嫩滑多汁，而個油飯又粒粒分明，口感軟糯，味道剛剛好。總括而言，只是地方比較狹窄，食物品質好食，價錢合理，服務良好，真心值得一試。
