To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前好喜歡到大家樂食下午茶，因為它有牛油粟米非常吸引，但今天到新都城這家分店，真令我失望透了。我同樣叫了雞翼粟米餐， 以為服務員畀漏了牛油，要求她可否給我，她說粟米已浸了牛油，如果要，需加一蚊， 這是公司規矩， 我返回自己坐位，拿起粟米嗅一嗅，是完全沒有牛油味的， 我再拿給他們試著嗅下，他們很快便放了一件新的栗米在我面前（還是沒有牛油的）， 態度非常惡劣 ， 好像我是乞丐，又好似我是搞事似的，好讓我快些走，令人感到非常屈辱。大家樂集團為了慳成本， 縮減食材；服務員態度惡劣，差！差！差！
