To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道德福廣場開左一間新裝修稻香，所以放假約埋屋企人一齊去試試。誰知落單後20分鐘才上來一樣食物-牛肉腸，份量只有其他連鎖酒樓得2/3。上了第一樣食物後，再過了5分鐘，我們點的所有食物一次過擺了上台🤔一係等極都無，一黎就全部黎曬🙄雖然稻香係相對平民的酒樓，但係連鎖店應該有一定的服務質素。假期飲茶應是一件悠閒開心樂事，但餓著肚子等了20分鐘也不是好受。最後我們叫服務員了解食物進度時，她表示「不是我落單」，我知道，但是我們只是想知道我們的單有無被遺忘一角，忘記落單。知道連鎖酒樓的服務質素不及中高價茶樓高，但也不用彈一句「不是我落單」這種不負責任的說話。就算不是你落單，大可跟我們說「我幫你們了解一下」。
