香港眾多茶餐廳,可是能吃到豬膶的寥寥可數,而煮得好吃的更是難得。今日在旺角吃了碗很好吃的豬膶通粉,值得紀錄一下。餐廳在通菜街,由登打士街轉入去很容易就會見到。餐廳裝修雅致,有卡位,座位闊落。牆上還有很多貓咪掛畫。🏅鮮薑汁豬潤鮮雞湯通粉+4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋+鮮牛油多士($58)多士轉為奶油大脆豬(+$5)豬潤有六片,有一定厚度,新鮮爽滑無異味,湯底清甜不濁,帶有濃濃的薑汁味,可以一飲而盡。最怕煮得太腍的通粉,這碗軟硬適中。加$5轉奶油豬好值得。日本滑蛋嫩滑有蛋味。🏅自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯叉燒+滑蛋+秘製甜豉油+粒粒分明的白飯=必勝!吃到盤底朝天。

豬潤有六片,有一定厚度,新鮮爽滑無異味,湯底清甜不濁,帶有濃濃的薑汁味,可以一飲而盡。最怕煮得太腍的通粉,這碗軟硬適中。
