To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環「星月樓」共有多層,毗鄰港鐵上環站,非常方便。前晚因我老闆關係,有幸出席開張前夕的晚宴。裝潢係一般中式酒樓格局,中規中矩。是晚約20多圍,氣氛熱鬧!渡過了一個愉快的晚上。「鴻運乳豬全體」乳豬不算太肥,皮甘香鬆脆!肉嫩,配上乳豬汁,放係蒸起的白色軟塾簿飽點皮上食,或淨食乳豬都好好味!「東瀛蝦球拼帶子」大蝦球頗大隻!應該係𠝹開一半再炸,配上類似芥末沙律醬,好好味!推介!沙律盞D沙律頗新鮮!帶子相對較細但味道也不錯!「大展鴻圖翅」即係蟹皇翅!翅針頗粗,味道可以!「清蒸沙巴龍躉」近幾年D酒樓好興食沙巴躉,因沙巴水域清澈,魚質量也比較好,價錢又比一般星斑平。今次這個沙巴躉魚肉~好滑,又不會蒸得過熟,剛剛好,唔錯!「蠔皇金錢鮑魚」鮑魚size就比較細,扣得夠淋夠入味!菇味道也不錯。「當紅鹽焗雞」係E度既其中一個推介菜!真係好好味!時我食晚飯也喜歡order炸子雞,但這個當紅鹽焗雞~實在有點驚喜!平時鹽焗雞也好味!加上這個是脆皮的!比較少見!但它不似一般炸子雞炸得咁燶(可能想保留原味所以不會炸得太過火,食法不同)!肉質係幾嫰滑!裡面充滿咸香味!(經理話係用新鮮雞以正宗客家製法來整)我個人十分鐘意

櫻花蝦海皇炒飯」估唔到就臨尾,給予的另一個驚喜!未食已聞到好香!櫻花蝦少少咸咸地,炒得夠乾身!飯粒分明,材料雖不算太多,但炒得好好味!一碟炒飯已感到廚師的用心!讚!

總括而言:全晚每樣都好有水準!!個人就比較喜歡東瀛蝦球、鹽焗雞、和櫻花蝦海皇炒飯。不覺太有味精的感覺。好少見全枱係無乜食淨,今餐個人覺得真係不錯!有機會會再來。
