To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出嚟太子一定係食紅橋

幾年前朋友推薦我紅橋，食過一次覺得好ok，之後因為忙多年無嚟，點知早前因為要出去太子，二話不說就去睇吓呢間餐廳，好開心見到仍然存在，而且格局一模一樣沒有改變好肚餓叫咗一個下午茶餐「蕃茄焗豬扒飯」和凍咖啡，芝士面層好香口，豬扒係好ok，見人流不斷，尤其係周圍店舖都好似唔同曬，感覺呢間餐廳仍站得住腳，一定有佢優勝之處，事實上真心都保持水準，而且價錢好公道，仍記得凍咖啡是當年朋友推薦，所以都專登叫翻一杯，確實係好滿意，會繼續幫趁。
