Restaurant: Chinese Culinary Institute

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時返工放工坐30x出入數碼港日日都經過,只係知道果度係學校遲來的中秋節lunch,不過呢餐係Supervisor請既===============================================一落車,入門口已經有Waiter接待,um....總覺得有d毛管凍....可能我比較粗豪啦,嘩哈哈哈由於係學生主理,Lecturer帶隊,一早預左蝦碌野比較多,不過唔緊要啦,學生當然要比機會的好快就入左車立,上到一樓既西餐部一出 車立 就要量左體溫先入得去,都有少少唔習慣,哈哈坐低之後,即刻送上包一堆,有好多隻揀,佢d飽真係做得唔錯...好耐都未食過咁正既飽...唔硬加熱先至係好野,用餐巾包住,好明顯果度既Lecturer係備課充足之後就上湯,雞湯落足料,味道比雞精濃,之後就係頭盤,我自己就比較好食魚,叫左個海鮮卷,感覺唔錯,味道比較清新既,不過敗筆就係果個screw型的黑色東西....苦的....食左頭盤,上main course,main course係鱸魚,可能今日負責既同學無計好鹽既用量,重手左,咸左DD,不過好彩都未至於咸到唔入得口,如果可以少返d鹽就食完之後,呢個時

由於我同埋同事太遲上到去,得返Cheese Cake........好想食蘋果批....不過唔緊要啦,Cheese Cake我都係鐘意食的...
難得既係cheese cake完全唔漏,以我既胃口來講係唔夠添,唔係太甜,味道剛剛好
因為我Supervisor話d魚太咸...Lecturer就送左d小甜品....講真...我地都唔expect話要d咩,始終佢地都係學生,只要下次做返好就得,Lecturer仲話要幫我地轉另一樣,服務認真唔話得

總括來講,都係學生的作品,服務唔駛講喇,唔比5分都過意唔去啦,真係比出面正式既好好多....不過佢地畢業之後,正式投入社會果時可唔可以係出面保持返水準呢...就要靠Lecturer既功力了
環境因為係學習既關係,樣樣執得好正
抵食就....同出面中高價既西餐差唔多
3個course $98
4個course $110
11個人食左近1100蚊
但係由於只接待會員,今次聽返同事講,佢係早一個星期book位的...
PS. 如果你係想快既,我就唔建議了。因為學生需要做Assignment,由接待,介紹Menu,介紹餐前酒都會花少少時間同埋都一定要做,比起其他地方所用既時間大約多50%。如果中午食飯得1個鐘既就唔建議了
