Pizza pig 同salted pig 係同一集團,salted pig 食豬出名,但係我哋今日黎食其他野。7點到都仲有個靚卡位坐,但其實餐廳都幾乎坐滿。坐位舒適唔逼夾,裝修都幾靚,中間有隻招牌豬。佢冇dinner set全部都係A la carte 單點,我哋就叫左1個Margherita pizza,慢煮醬燒牛肋骨,巴馬臣芝士薯條同埋烤雜菜。Margherita pizza🍕: 佢哋嘅芝士都係長方形,分兩種size中15”/大30”。我哋叫咗中size,切開有8塊,三個人分都好足夠。佢個餅底唔會好厚,但都唔係薄脆批,係薄嘅麵包底。我略嫌蕃茄較少,所以主要都係得水牛芝士嘅味道,而且味道偏淡。慢煮醬燒牛肋骨🍖:原本以為佢哋淨係做豬好食,呢個慢煮牛肋骨非常之出眾。切嘅時候已經感覺塊肉好軟嫩,而且中間有適量嘅肥肉,入口肉汁爆發,加上傳統嘅燒肉酸甜醬,非常之開胃,食到停唔到口。巴馬臣芝士薯條🍟:薯條厚度適中,炸到金黃色,入口非常脆加上面頭加咗芝士粉,另外再配上松露cream cheese醬,令味道再升華。其實好少遇到哩個價位嘅西餐廳能夠每一碟唔同種類嘅菜都整得咁好食,所以💯
