To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥出左新嘢呀，一有時間即刻沖去潮聖，一直都係三哥既die heart 粉絲, 雖然最盡只可以食三小辣，我會努力💪🏼挑戰㗎，大家等我！三個出咗麻辣鴨血米線，真係好鋪天蓋地咁都收到資訊，我諗開社交平台，都一定會有人講，真係越睇越肚餓啊。其中有啲好深刻嘅報道，就係一個人帶阿媽去食三哥譚仔，叫咗碗麻辣鴨血米線，要求走辣，結果嚟㗎碗米線仍然仲有辣，色黑色唔到，於是上網公審服務員，結果惹來好多網友嘅批評。我就一笑置之，不過真係吸引到我去食三哥嘅麻辣鴨血米線，依然保持高質，鴨血好入味，食完個口仲有一陣陣香味，米線依舊配菜依舊，鴨血配豆卜，其實都幾寡，略嫌配菜不夠多，不過大集團就係咁㗎啦！
