To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💛💛💛高力豆沙 $24🌟👍🏻同豆沙鍋餅一樣係紅豆餡，出面嗰層唔係麵粉，而係用打泡至企身嘅蛋白，外皮炸到脆脆地，蛋白咬落覺得好輕盈，同時間又好有彈性，口感好特別！加上薄薄地一層糖粉，好味😋呢款甜品睇落簡單，但其實都好多工序，唔係好多地方有得食，值得一試！豆沙鍋餅 $38即叫即整，製作需時紅豆餡甜度適中，由於塊餅係油炸，所以食落會比較膩小籠包 $32🌟👍🏻一籠有四隻，食嘅時候要好小心，因為湯汁超級熱，皮薄多汁，又鮮甜，呢個價錢絕對係好抵食生煎包$30一碟有四隻，麵包質地鬆軟，底面灑滿左白芝麻而且煎到脆卜卜，湯汁不及小籠包咁多，但勝在夠香口上海排骨菜飯 $48豬扒肥瘦適中，炸粉薄薄地一層，好酥脆香口菜飯幾好味，有大量菜粒同冬菇粒，就咁單食碗飯我都ok🤪口水牛展菜飯 $52牛展煮得好較腍，亦腌都好夠味，口水汁麻麻辣辣不過我自己偏向有咬口小小嘅牛展😜豆漿熱豆槳，上到枱係超級熱，呢到加分🤣龍川上海料理 (葵涌)葵涌光輝圍21號昌發樓地下
