放工後和友人來到荃灣麻辣串串香,六點多餐廳差不多滿座。點了不少串燒,發現串燒燒得出色,不會過辣過咸,而且保留串燒水份。燒韮菜:燒得相當惹味,而且不會乾。燒茄子$42:見到不少枱客人都點了一份,上枱時發現茄子好大條,有好蒜頭在茄子表面,相當惹味,拌飯一流。燒娃娃菜:當娃娃菜由燒烤竹簽取出來時,當中蘊藏水份即刻爆發出黎,娃娃甜辣多汁。燒白鱔$42:鱔皮外脆,內裡肉質嫰滑。燒菠蘿:菠蘿沒有渣,鮮甜多汁,解辣一流﹗大大碗麻辣燙配紅薯粉(小辣)$42:好大碗足料,可以兩個分來吃。有豬皮、豬紅、牛腩、蘿白、生菜等,紅薯粉彈牙有咬口。椰青水及蜂蜜雪梨,清潤解渴。
