Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我黎過呢間食幾次lunch/tea, 啲伙記做開街坊生意，好隨意，就係香港味道.今日lunch我食左枝竹牛腩炒麵，係我第三次食，因為無得輸！一炒好，個廚就攞出黎，熱辣辣，味道加分牛腩好淋，入味，麵底炸得啱啱好… 一碟份量好大，自助出去攞老火湯入（食熟左先知有得攞，佢地無講） Set lunch 只收$49，酒樓收>$100 ，鑊氣一樣有. 初時我唔好意思2個人叫一碟share, 諗住叫多另一樣嘢，啲伙記反而叫我食左碟炒麵先再諗，我話我唔好意思嘛，佢就話「唔緊要，啱食夠食咪得囉！」之後我都另外叫多2杯drinks. 大家支持下呢啲好食小店！
