以前食過好多次大頭蝦,啲蝦肉都係霉霉地,今次聞名而來,聽講這間蝦棧有各式不同的蝦煲,材料主要都係大頭蝦,但係食法就有好多種,今日就點左一個胡椒蝦:因為用了胡椒粒去煮,食落有好香胡椒味,亦帶點辣味,非常惹味,最重要係今次終於可以食到肉質彈牙的大頭蝦,蝦頭仲有好多膏添。火焰雪山焗鮮魚,其實即係鹽焗鱸魚,上枱之後再用火槍將表皮燒焦,加強其香味,肉質鮮嫩,加點一個泰式辣汁,更能帶起其鮮味。蒜蓉炒羽衣甘藍菜,這個菜係好有營養價值的,之前食的通常是用來整沙律菜,以生食為主,今次這個是熱炒的,感覺似食台灣的炒野菜,但因用了上湯去煮,呢個菜即時孌得很鮮甜。黑椒牛仔骨,好入味,連配料洋蔥都非常甜!如果以後要再食大頭蝦,一定會再來呢度食!

火焰雪山焗鮮魚,其實即係鹽焗鱸魚,上枱之後再用火槍將表皮燒焦,加強其香味,肉質鮮嫩,加點一個泰式辣汁,更能帶起其鮮味。
