To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾個月冇食聚來啦！前兩日趁經過深水埗，即刻去幫襯吓我間愛店！芝士粟米煎餃 $40聚來車仔麵嘅芝士粟米煎餃好特別，佢裡面嘅芝士食落甜甜地、餃子皮煎到脆卜卜，同其他舖頭嘅芝士餃子真係好唔同！秘製辣魷魚 $40呢個辣魷魚落咗麻醬，估唔到意外地夾。魷魚爽脆，食落蒜香味重，辣味都唔惹少！三餸車仔麵 $47平時我地叫車仔麵都會習慣加腩汁或者滷水汁，今次我地決定咩都唔加，就咁叫個豬骨湯低。湯底味道清甜，啱曬唔鍾意重口味嘅朋友。佢嘅辣椒都好正好夠辣，鍾意食辣嘅朋友不妨試下加落車仔麵到一齊食！爆漿阿華田西多士 $40除咗芝士餃子，呢個西多士都係我每次必叫嘅食物！今次我地仲叫多咗杯熱華田，將西多士浸落去索曬啲阿華田，真係勁勁勁好味！！
