友人建議食台灣野,於是揀了The Night Market,平日晚上來光顧也要早點來,過了7:30就要排隊等位了。糖醋魚魚塊切得較大件,外皮脆口,肉質新鮮;醬汁甜甜酸酸,開胃之選;伴碟的青紅椒也頗爽口。新竹炒米粉炒得乾身,米粉不會黏成一團;材料豐富,豬肉絲、紅蘿蔔絲、椰菜、蛋絲、冬菇的份量比米粉還多,友人都讚這道主菜味道不錯。豆醬A菜調味不俗,A菜脆甜度高,建議餐廳可少放點油,及增加份量。招牌牛肉麵湯底清,值得一讚。牛腩和牛筋燘得腍身。由於我不能吃太辣,餐廳將酸菜另上。把酸菜加入湯內,辣度立時提昇。
