黎到 IFC, 試了 Amanda S 開既 petite Amanda 點了一款叫 amarina 既蛋糕。唔好見佢咁螢光錄色, 其實味道真係好出色!!我好~~鐘意呢一件開心果蛋糕。外面有一層香濃既開心果粉末, 味道好突出。裡面既 pistachio mousse 好滑, cherry filling 有少少藥水味, 但勝在有一粒粒酸酸甜甜既 cherry bits。開心果配櫻桃, 我都係第一次食 最可愛就係蛋糕上面, 仲放了一件 mini macaron。係一粒 細細 shaped as cherry 既 macaron。看得出 the 心思 put into this amarina cake。
