呢間餐廳一向比我感覺似酒吧多,今次我見到有晚餐仲介紹,所以試下先。入面氣氛甚有酒吧味道,燈光比較黑。我只好靠臺燈先見到menu既字。田螺釀酥盒呢款前菜認真好香田螺香味同酥味,我自己就分開品賞,味道一流。叫左道美國安格斯肉眼扒,好香又大塊,牛味濃,我叫左7成,不過煎得太熟,外層若煎脆些會更好味道好勁大份既英式炸盤炸雞翼炸魷魚薯條炸得非常香脆,味濃,脆醬幾厚。尤其雞翼外層香鬆,內裡有雞汁流出來。德國脆皮咸豬手呢款原來係餐廳既招牌菜,好有口感好容易切開,點蜜糖+芥辣醬超好味,外層鬆脆入面又厚肉地不太肥,岩哂我食,帶少少咸味適中。呢晚真係食得好飽。
