To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大圍多嘢食就係人都知中學時期已經喺呢度蒲周圍食嘢最近發現好多舖頭已經面目全非多咗好多文青風嘅餐廳可能切合打卡嘅需要留得低嘅舊店都係食得過嘅餐廳今次介紹呢間餐廳其實都好多人認識金城茶餐廳基本上去到三四點都仲保持到人流主要都係想介紹佢嘅招牌菜:椒鹽豬扒飯 VS 生煎肉餅飯椒鹽豬扒飯佢嘅豬扒煎炸得脆身之餘肉質唔會好似柴皮咁硬調味啱啱好,入味又夠味,椒鹽配料充足,夠蒜又夠蔥又夠油啱晒我呢啲愛蔥之人雖然食完會口渴啲,但係食小炒飯最緊要係夠味加上佢哋自家製嘅辣菜莆真係好送飯另外佢嘅生煎肉餅飯都多人叫份量十足,面積大過你塊面肉餅肥瘦豬肉均勻,做得好厚都唔會唔熟,表面煎到好脆,入邊鎖到肉汁加上自家製甜豉油,冇得頂加多杯凍奶茶,簡直一流在場其實見到好多其他街坊都會嗌佢哋嘅常餐,呢間真係老顧客幫襯都夠食推薦

肉餅肥瘦豬肉均勻,做得好厚都唔會唔熟,表面煎到好脆,入邊鎖到肉汁

加上自家製甜豉油,冇得頂
加多杯凍奶茶,簡直一流


在場其實見到好多其他街坊都會嗌佢哋嘅常餐,呢間真係老顧客幫襯都夠食
