To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出色海南雞飯！

之前已聽說過這間食店的海南雞飯非常了得，而且每天未到關門已一掃而光；可惜自己一直也找不到時間來嘗試。😩早兩日剛好有空，就在開門前10分鐘到達，想不到星期六早上，已有客人在門外等候，認真利害；又因店舖地方有限，座位又比較狹窄，坐得自然不太舒服，尤其是背着大背包的我。😅本來打算每人各自叫一碗海南雞飯(包椰子雞湯)，但看見二人套餐包半隻雞及另外多一碟小吃，價錢也不是貴太多，那就決定食多少少吧！😋雞皮爽脆，沒有過多肥膏，意外的好吃！雞肉嫩滑多汁唔柴，油飯粒粒分明，口感軟糯，不錯；這樣高質素，絕對對得起這價錢；落筆這刻已想再吃了。🤭難怪由入座至離開，店內也座無虛席，未到關門已買清，果然不無道理！🤔勇記海南雞地址: 上環蘇杭街102號江寧大廈地舖電話: 55004556
