To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前lunch都嚟過食佢哋嘅海南雞飯個飯好香好好味，冇油雞膩感，雞又滑又嫩如果覺得罪惡感大可以轉白飯另外重有送椰子湯或桂花烏龍茶個椰子雞湯真材實料，香甜冇味精桂花烏龍茶都好飲今次我叫咗外賣，因為lunch time實在太多人排隊試新野，辣麻醬涼伴海南雞米線好多青瓜絲，撈埋花生、蒜、辣麻醬好夾不過有少少油因為有麻醬海南雞好滑好出色如果下次食我都係會揀番海南雞飯因為有埋個海南雞醬送飯惹味d
