Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去了西環行街街，到了下午茶時間，行到去士美菲街市，由於今日仲係假期，上到去熟食市場只得這間開，只好試試。見到評論好多食客都讚炒野，我都點到一碟炒野及一個下午茶餐食。什扒炒出前一丁：什扒有腸仔、豬扒、雞扒，豬扒和雞扒腌得好入味，煎得香脆，出前一丁炒得好香，一碟我估用了兩個麵，大大碟，再加上個自家製XO醬，辣辣地，有些乾瑤柱味，最好配炒麵炒河等食物，仲要加大杯紅豆冰都只係$40，一定要試試。西多士：勁肥膩，仲有萬年油味，一般般。大紅豆冰：用啤酒大杯裝，超大杯，不過太甜了。熱奶茶：奶味太多，飲唔到茶香味。
