To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行下行下都唔知食d咩好，朋友話灣仔有間冰室質素唔錯又大大碟，所以過左去試下🤣——————🐽 招牌沙嗲牛肉米粉，配3.6牛乳炒蛋+牛油方包雖然已經係食晚飯既時間，但見附近都有好幾台叫左常餐，望落去質素好似都唔錯。牛肉好多塊！而沙嗲汁亦都好香濃，撈埋湯食好出色，而炒蛋大概7成熟，調味岩岩好，夾埋方包一齊食好滿足🥰🐽 香蔥九黃蝦仁炒蛋既然炒蛋甘好食就唔好比佢停！雞蛋炒到好香，夾雜住九黃同香蔥獨特既香味，加小小胡椒粉令到整碟菜升昇華左，蝦仁大大粒好爽口，送飯真係一流
