又係大食妹為大家食好野時間,今次一於試下泰國菜,知道灣仔區近PPP有間隱世泰式餐廳,就等我為大家一試佢地既招牌菜。泰式串燒拼盤($88):泰式拼盤包括豬肉,牛肉,雞肉串燒。豬肉串燒不但用上嫩滑的豬柳肉而製,所以食落好有豬肉的鮮甜味,非常嫩口。而牛肉則用上牛柳,所以入口唔會太硬,加上牛柳肉味十分濃,可以話係高質之選。雞肉串燒用上雞柳肉,唔會太肥,而且肉質軟滑,唔會有太多雞油,所以好岩小朋友食。冬陰公牛頸肉(188):冬陰公湯底用上香茅,紅椒,洋蔥,同泰式配料,所以飲落會有一點辛辣既感覺,但係這就係正宗冬陰公的味道。而且,牛頸肉肉質嫩滑,師父又切得十分厚,啖啖肉的感覺,牛肉加上冬陰公可將泰式風味提升,絕對係必叫。D24榴連pizza(68): 用上D24榴連製作的pizza,不但入口有著濃香的榴連味外,脆脆的皮層,入口唔會覺得食緊pizza,口感一絕,絕對係必叫的食品。芒果糯米飯(66):正宗芒果糯米飯,就係要熱熱的糯米,再配上椰汁,咁先叫做正宗,估唔到可以再次係這裡食到,不但入口香甜芒味十足,而且芒果又用上泰式青芒,簡直係用料正宗。今次,大食指數有5粒星,不但食物有新鮮感,而且用料上乘,
