To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間燒味店在我公司附近。久不久都会在這裡食午飯。通常,我会叫燒鴨雞肝飯。燒鴨:新鮮做起,皮脆肉嫩,唔黐牙。另外,除了一般燒鴨味外,還有一種特别的香味,我估計是用庶糖煙燻過。好久未食過這種味道。燒雞肝:燒好雞肝後,上了一層糖漿。令到雞肝食落去,有甜,香,脆,軟及甘香的復雜味道。由於香港依家已經少燒味店做雞肝,我覺得這間燒味店还保留到舊時細個的味道及水準。四十七元已包一杯熱柠茶,性价比高。所以,午飯時候会外人。
