Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (JD Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天來到佐敦的三德吃素。樓面和餐牌也很企理(因為有時小素菜店裝潢有時給人有點昏暗的感覺)，樓面算大可說是食素茶樓。 相信如果來做節日也是很不錯。根據資料，三德素食館由許金錠居士創辦，於2003年中成立。旗下現有香港北角總店及九龍佐敦分店。歸宗於儒家和佛家之源，以「德食護生」為宗旨。三德素食館服務殷勤、熱誠及專業。地方清雅，坐席祥和，質量保證，取價公道，是香港素食者放心選用之食肆。叫了沙鍋胡椒涼瓜鹹菜素什錦(煲)$78， 不得不說他做得很出色， 因為本身我很喜歡鹹菜豬肚煲。 而這款素菜煲它能完全呈現那種鹹菜湯底的味道和胡椒辣 。他內裡雜錦的材料也很豐富， 鹹菜也很有味道。
