香港人喜歡吃牛扒, 就連比較較偏向門的阿根廷扒房在香港也不罕見, 有連鎖集團經營的Buenos Aires Polo Club, 也有比較有歷史的La Pampa, 今次吃的La Parrilla同樣以阿根廷扒房作招來, 最重要當然是牛扒來自阿根廷, 這裡的在處理前也經過熟成, 本身阿根廷牛扒也是以肉味香濃, 而肉質偏瘦為特點, 經過熟成, 再選擇肉眼部位, 肉味香濃而餘, 肉質也不會太瘦, 肉汁和脂香平𧗾, 再加上煎扒火候控制得好, 以二三百元定位來說, 沒甚麼可挑剔的.除了牛扒外, 這裡的頭盤也有西班牙及南美風格, 特別是Empandas, 當然被Mono的奢華版本養壞, 要說其做得比Mono好就有點困難, 吃起來酥皮酥脆而且層次豐富, 內𥚃是阿根廷碎牛肉和炒洋蔥, 單純的肉汁香, 簡單直接但惹味, 最重要是這只是不另收費的頭盤呢!La Parrilla is the Argentine steakhouse in HK and there are quite a lot of similar steakhouses in HK shown HK is a heaven of be

She provided the dry aged Argentine steak that is more concerned in aroma and meaty. Using the ribeye and make sure the steak is not that chewy. The empanadas with miced beef is also one of the favorite appetizers here.
