To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初一去左陪長輩食齋 由於有年青人在場既關係 特別叫左幾款香口既炸野食好耐冇食過錦鹵炸雲吞 好大碟 足夠幾個人分享炸雲吞脆卜卜 配上酸酸甜甜既五柳汁開胃之餘 亦減低油膩感食齋又點可以缺少齋鹵味 叫咗一碟細嘅齋鹵味當中小妹最鍾意素鵝同咖哩齋 素鵝香脆,咖哩齋就又軟又入味長輩點既豉汁素鰻魚煲"鰻魚"其實係以紫菜卷住腐皮 煎香再配上三色椒等蔬菜用豉汁煮成味道調教得幾好 對於平日唔多食齋既小妹我感到好有新鮮感呢個五柳素仙斑(即芋頭魚)就最出色同好食芋頭魚炸得鬆脆 芋頭味香濃 更係完全唔油膩食埋呢碟大大碟既羅漢齋炒麵 食齋都可以食到飽一飽
