🍚出色街坊小菜🍚-對比西餐,司令一向喜歡食中餐🤣,最喜歡周圍發崛好食既小菜,今次介紹喱間,位於深水埗同石硤尾交界,好多手工野都做得好食,而且價錢超抵,絕對值得一試!前菜必試佢地既三層豆腐($45),外表炸到好似臭豆腐咁脆,咬入去係玉子豆腐質感,底層仲有菠菜增加口感,滿意!玫瑰頭抽雞($128/半隻)個人覺得都係必食,出奇地肥美,做得好入味但同時keep到雞肉嫩滑,再配少少佢既汁拌飯完美。陳皮雞蛋焗魚腸($98)而家好少餐廳做,喱到魚腸完全唔會腥,而且魚腥比得多,配少少胡椒粉已經好好食。另外點既二人套餐($328),有清蒸筍殼、蘇梅欖角骨、魚肚浸時蔬,有三道餸超抵食!睇餐廳名就知一定要食魚,蒸筍殼肉質嫩滑,蒸既時間把握得好好,加埋蒸魚豉油已經好好食啦。欖角骨口味酸甜,口感微微焦脆,都好唔錯。
