對西班牙文化情有獨鍾,尤其係語言、人文及美食。上次行開銅鑼灣,見到有一間新開的西班牙菜餐廳「Tapa Room」,立即擺入我的 to-eat list。今日趁住 Happy Friday, 同女朋友收工之後來品嚐美食。坐低後,侍應就問我地飲啲咩。餐廳供應嘅酒種類都幾多,但我覺得食西班牙菜,當然要飲啤酒。店員推薦咗呢種 Mahou Draught,西班牙啤酒,甜甜地好易入口,唔覺唔覺飲咗三杯!女朋友唔飲酒,點了一杯 Orange Juice。Tapas 十分出色!炸西班牙小青椒,咸咸地,層次分明嘅開胃小菜!薄切慢煮八爪魚,用咗蕃茄醬同橄欖油調味,酸酸甜甜超開胃!棒棒鵝肝,鵝肝係用白酒煮過,開心果碎伴碟,佐酒一流!賣相幾靚,好滿足!巴塞隆拿式烤紅蝦,份量超大份,肉汁鮮嫩,口感一流黑毛豬火腿鮮甜凍蝦配蒜茸蛋黃醬Main Course 我地選咗鴨胸。肉汁十分鮮嫩,更顯廚師功架。餐廳嘅裝修有格調,背景音樂輕鬆,令人感到年輕有活力。工作上遇到的壓力,一個晚上一頓晚餐一杯酒,就此釋放。美酒佳餚果然係人生最好嘅享受。
