收工同朋友嚟K11 Musea行下順便食晚飯,見到呢間越南餐廳座無虛席就試下佢啦。菜式選擇都算多,有串爆,沙律,米紙卷,湯粉湯檬撈檬,啲湯檬主打都係牛肉做配料,有個河內蕃茄蟹檬,聽落好正就同朋友叫咗2碗。湯頭好出色,好好飲,配料有扎肉,蝦丸,蟹(腳)半份,炒蛋,但略嫌蟹肉有啲啲霉,但整體都好出色。椰青蒸蜆,開頭食唔出有椰青味,但攤凍少少就食到椰青嘅清甜,有少少辣。雞肉串燒肉質好嫩,味道同燒牛肉米紙卷一樣,正常水準。叫咗杯熱情果沙冰同特濃手搖咖啡,咖啡唔錯,唔太甜。
