呢間去摸過一次門釘,因為佢而家收8:30pm唔係openrice所寫的9:30pm。今次特登準時收工趕去,叫左豬腸,蘿白,雞翼,豬紅,多咖喱汁,米線。加杯凍檸茶同炸韮菜餃。碗麵一黎到即刻心心眼,點解?因為真係俾左好多咖喱汁俾我,我重口味嘅,先加分。咖喱汁少少辣,令到成碗湯底好濃郁,每一啖米線亦都掛滿醬汁。蘿白清甜夠淋無渣,好食。豬腸通常兩隻款,一款係清走晒腸所有的組織得返腸皮,另一款就係相中所示,留返啲組織。圖中做法好多時會令到豬腸食落硬身難𡁻。但呢度唔會,夠晒淋。雞翼唔係滷到柴嗰隻,食落仲係嫩滑亦夠味。豬紅就係爽滑嘅,入晒味。炸韮菜餃就韮菜香差少少,調味偏甜,但餃皮炸得剛好夠酥脆。呢碗算係我食過嘅車仔麵好高分嘅一碗,餸嘅份量亦多。
