To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來了最近很多人讚的普慶餐廳,逸東酒店吃過多次,現在才知道開了普慶。在裝修方面有點懷舊,很多地方有狗狗擺設,最喜歡是地方很大,坐位都分開不同區域,梳化設計很有家感覺而且因為食物都在不同區域,排隊都會比較好,因為在不同位置不會塞滿人行不到自助午餐連加一,星期日$402一位,非常經濟。可以吃到生蠔,麵包蟹,龍蝦仔,大蝦,青口。煙三文魚,燒鯖魚……燒烤區 專門燒大蝦,茄子,脆肉瓜,票米,菠蘿,銀杏,雞肉……印度咖哩區和薄餅中式燒味區和老火湯日式壽司刺身而最好吃添加2次是燒羊架,外脆燒香,內裏粉嫩有肉汁,而且不韌有咬口。甜品有10款以上雪糕可考慮比較特別冧酒提子和青檸雪葩,前者甜甜帶酒味道就是很浪漫感覺,後者青檸醒神開胃,像檸檬一樣帶淺淺綠色。一切比想像中更好得多,真的要表楊一下
